These Terms cover use of this website. Consulting engagements are governed separately by the written client services agreement signed before work begins.

The Site is operated by Luvira Consulting. The content is for general information about our consulting services. It is not legal, tax, financial, HR, or professional advice. Reading the Site does not create a client relationship.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site is owned by Luvira or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws.
You may view and share individual pages with attribution. Quote short excerpts with credit and a link back.
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, or republish the Site's content in bulk
- Use the Site's content to train machine learning models without written permission
- Use the Luvira name, logo, or frameworks to imply endorsement or affiliation
- Scrape, data-mine, or systematically download the Site
3. Acceptable use

- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to
- Interfere with the Site's operation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luvira Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to defend and indemnify Luvira against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. The governing law and venue for any consulting engagement are set out separately in the written client services agreement for that engagement.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
