Diagnose before we deliver.

We don't take the first framing at face value. We test it. Most engagements reframe the real question within the first two weeks.

Clarity over complexity.

A good framework fits on a page. If it takes fifteen slides to explain, it hasn't been thought through yet.

If we don't think we can help, we say so. If you should reconsider hiring at all, we say that too.

We're not paid to hand you a deck. We're paid to change how the business runs. That usually means staying through implementation.
