Information from third parties: if you book a call through a scheduling tool, we receive the details you provide there. Public profile info from LinkedIn, Instagram, or X if you interact with our accounts.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, health information, or other categories of sensitive personal information through this site.
3. CCPA categories of personal information
In the last twelve months we have collected the following CCPA categories. We do not sell or share any of them.

5. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with vetted service providers, under contract, who may use it only to perform services for us:

- Email and scheduling tools used to respond to and meet with you
- Legal, accounting, or tax advisors when required
We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect rights and safety.
6. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
- Delete: the personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by another 45 days where permitted, with notice to you.
Global Privacy Control: we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required.
Shine the Light: under California Civil Code section 1798.83, you may ask whether we disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not.
7. How long we keep it
- Inquiry and contact form data: 24 months after last contact
- Client engagement records: 7 years, for tax and legal requirements
- Newsletter list: until you unsubscribe
- Analytics data: 14 months, or the provider default if shorter
8. Children
Our site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (HTTPS, access controls, vendor due diligence). No system is perfectly secure.
10. Visitors outside California
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection, and our processing relies on consent, contract, legitimate interest, or legal obligation as applicable. Data may be transferred to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. Residents of other US states with privacy laws have comparable rights, which we extend on the same basis as the California rights above.
